The ISO 9001:2000 Documentation Course consists of more than 140 screen pages which examine and explain documentation requirements and includes six quizzes and essay questions, which are submitted to and reviewed by one of our RABQSA registered instructors, via secure email.
The course also includes a link to the standard in Adobe Acrobat (.pdf). Students may either follow along with the standard on-screen or print the document as a guide to the course.

Burt Gold is a Quality Systems Management Specialist with experience in ISO 9000 commercial and military applications. His 40 plus years of experience and expertise includes all aspects of quality control systems, manufacturing processes, and Total Quality Management.
Burt has preformed human factors training courses for numerous organizations such as Honeywell, ITT, Triumph Group, Goodrich Aerospace, AmSafe as well as various small and medium sized FAA Part 145 Repair Stations.
Burt has experience as an ISO 9000/AS 9100 Project Manager and Quality Management Consultant. His abilities in conducting assessments, developing corrective action plans, and delivering skill-based training contribute extensively to client success. Burt is a Registered Lead Auditor with the RAB an IRCA Environmental Auditor and an RAB AS9100 auditor. Burt has assisted over 500 companies to achieve ISO registration and presently works for two registrars and has performed over 700 assessments
